I looked at so many different places that I got SROA mixed up with a different co. In a city 10 mins north... I ended up at SROA 10 mins before closing. Got on the phone with customer service and they got my lease signed (month to month) and all ready to move in!!

They held my unit for more than a week after I was supposed to be moving in which was great for me as I was coming from Texas. The place looks great, its a gated complex with keypad access. I feel my belongings are safe in this place plus its in a very good location. Calling to get it reserved was very easy and the lady on the phone very helpful. Same as the lady in charge of the place she processed my payment and documents in no time.

it was a good experience, but they didn’t really explain how to find our unit. they just sent us through the gate and said go find it. so i would ask before walking around for 45 minutes where your unit is at
